Summary
In 2010, Dan started 13 games amassing 87 innings for Texas A&M at Kingsville. At the end of those innings, he finished with an 8 - 1 record, 3.93 ERA, 63 strikouts and only 21 walks. That summer he went to the WMBL and picked up another 64 innings for the eventual champion Swift Current Indians. His stats were again impressive: 7 -1 record, 1.93 ERA, 51 strikouts and only 17 walks. Dan throws 4 different pitches: a fastball consistently 85 - 86, change-up, slider, and curve, all for strikes. Over the course of 2010 year, he was awarded 1st team all-conference as a pitcher, player of the year for his college, all-region recognition, as well as WMBL all-star.
